Other accessories may include hair pins, boot cuffs, and .  Long elegant gloves can be worn, but fingerless gloves are a go-to for a more adventurous look.

Wearers of the Steampunk aesthetic typically don top hats, flight helmets, deerstalkers hats, Arctic flap hats, or newsboy caps.

Many hats are worn as statement pieces and are usually highly decorative.  At times, goggles are worn on the brim of the hat.  Many hats are made with leather or decorative fabrics.  Some hats are decorated with:

  • Cogs
  • Gears
  • Feathers
  • Lace
  • Chains
  • Cameos

But, hats can be decorated with anything, as long as it fits into the overall desired Steampunk look.  Headwear is also not limited to the fashion of the Victorian era.  Other headwear may include pirate-style bandanas, dreadlocks, beads, yarn, or feathers in the hair, and other hardware.

Pocketwatches are worn by both Steampunk men and women.

Depending on the type of style, some accessories may also be weaponry.  These are generally handmade and range in size from small pistols to large cannons.
